Residential Façade Program
The Residential Façade program provides low-to moderate-income homeowners and renters with grants of up to $15,000 to make essential repairs, weatherize, and/or improve the appearance of the exterior of their homes.

Community Action Homes partners with local municipalities to improve the quality of the affordable housing stock in the Lehigh Valley through a comprehensive housing revitalization strategy. This strategy includes the following tools: the acquisition of houses, rehabilitation of those houses for resale to eligible buyers, rehab of owner-occupied homes, and façade improvements.
Housing Counseling
Community Action's Housing Counseling program is committed to providing low-moderate income families with a continuum of coordinated services in one location in order to better meet housing and consumer credit needs and to build individual and community wealth.

We offer FREE first-time homebuyer seminars (in English & Spanish), pre-settlement counseling, pre-purchase counseling, rental/budget counseling, and financial education courses.
​
We also offer loss mitigation services, homeowners' emergency mortgage assistance, and foreclosure diversion programs.
New Bethany Ministries Housing Advocates
Community Action Development Bethlehem hosts a housing advocate from New Bethany Ministries once a week. The Housing Advocate can provide assistance to Northampton County residents with housing search, eviction prevention, and access to federal rental assistance funds. To schedule an appointment, please call 610-807-9337.
